21-Day Habit & Identity Journal
Welcome to your 21-day program for building lasting change. This journal is a tool to help you apply the principles of the Fogg Behavior Model and the Identity Affirmations you’ve been working with. Over the next three weeks, you’ll focus on a single tiny habit and use it as a foundation for rewiring your mindset and identity.
Each day, you will be prompted to:
